Reinforcement shell structures are assembled on vertical installations of prepared reinforcement mats, cages, and inserts.
Electrical cables, cut-out switches, and sockets are installed inside the cage. Ready reinforcement cage is loaded and is fixed in the molding machine.
Concrete mix distribution, placement, and consolidation are done there. After placement and consolidation, the concrete mix is kept for 1 hour, then steam is supplied. After finishing of strength gaining, the block is removed from the molding machine and sent for post picking and finishing. 3D-block acquires the shape of a residential building.
